First clean and wash poha with water nicely 2 to 3 times ,now strain it with a strainer and Keep it in a side
Now add 2 tbs of oil in a hot pan and add about 1 tbs of Ray and pinch of asafoetedia
Now add 1 cup Peanuts and roast them well after cook Peanuts for 2 minutes now u have to add 1 cup of chopped onions and fry them
When onions became translucent add salt to taste , 1 tbs of red chilli powder 1 tbs of coriander powder 1 tbs of amchoor powder 1 tbs of turmeric powder
Now cook the masala well now add soaked poha and give it a good mix gently let the poha coat with all the masala now squeez half lemon juice on poha and give it a quick mix
Now serve it hot with the garnishing of sev bhujia and fresh green coriander
